A limited number of reduced price double rooms are available for graduate students on a first come, first served basis.
Graduate student rooms must be booked for the full 4 nights of the conference even if you need to leave earlier. PES will subsidize the room taxes and arrange the room share. Student cost is $300 for 4 nights (Thursday-Monday).
To book these rooms, you will need to email Executive Director, Natasha Levinson, at nlevinso@kent.edu to request a link to the payment portal.
Payment will be made to PES which will book rooms on your behalf.
If you know who you want to room with, let me know in your email. To help with room assignments, please let me know your gender preferences for the room share.
